Salita di 14km lungo la SR 48 per il Passo Falzarego fino in località Cianzopè. Si svolta a sx sulla strada per il Rifugio 5 Torri e proseguiamo fino al Rifugio Scoiattoli. L’itinerario prosegue in salita verso Forcella Nuvolao, a quota 2416m. Tecnica ed impegnativa discesa fino al rifugio Federa, salita al Passo Giau. Rientro a Cortina passando per il Cason del Macaron, Lago d’Ajal, Mortisa.
