From Cesenatico we go up towards Sogliano al Rubicone where we meet and taste the famous Cheese of  Fossa, then WE descend into the Valle del Rubicone arriving at Longiano with several panoramic spot along the way.
Once in Longiano is worth pausing at the Malatestiano Castle and Fondazione Balestra with his richer collection of modern and contemporary art in Emilia Romagna.
