Route Description
An alternative route to the classic cycle Ring of the Euganean Hills. It mainly retraces the classic ring, but as we felt it was important to make a few adjustments to see some deserving areas that the classic circuit does not reach, we inserted a detour. It takes in Arquà Petrarca, a splendid medieval hamlet where the eponymous poet once lived, and Villa Dei Vescovi in the Luvigliano area, another very noteworthy site in the area, once the summer residence of the Paduan clergy, and now owned
by F.A.I (Italian National Trust).
