Ca’ Del Moro Wine Retreat

Ca’ del Moro Wine Retreat is the Resort & Restaurant by La Collina dei Ciliegi winery, surrounded by 53 hectares of vineyards in Valpolicella-Valpantena DOC area, cherry groves, and splendid woods and just twenty minutes from the historic centre of Verona.
Ca’ del Moro Wine Retreat is the result of a Cimbrian origin hamlet renovation, following the ancient construction methods of the Lessini refuges: mixing techniques of stones, quicklime, woods and natural fibres. The Resort offers six rooms named after the most representative wines of Valpolicella-Valpantena DOC area, and a Wine Lodge, a luxury accommodation surrounded by vineyards.

Restaurant

Restaurant menu follows seasonal produces and offers dishes that enhance the best local and national products, also reinterpreting traditional dishes, paired with La Collina dei Ciliegi wines. For an aperitif, cold cuts and cheeses or a glass of wine, the Winebar is always there. A journey of rediscovery authentic flavours, a true experience that involves all five senses.

Wine, nature and relaxation: Ca’ del Moro Wine Retreat experiences are designed to meet all our guests’ taste. Exclusive tastings to explore La Collina dei Ciliegi, Valpolicella-Valpantena and the greatest terroirs of France and South Africa, as the result to the joint venture between La Collina dei Ciliegi and AdVini SA. The offer is completed by horse riding, e-bike excursions or quad tours, Solarium, Jacuzzi and helicopter tours to admire Valpantena, Lessinia Regional Natural Park and Lake Garda from a different point of view.
