Not difficult bike tour of about 28 Km, with a final altimetry of 690 m of mixed asphalt/dirt roads, that allows us to get to know and see the valley of Gubbio.
Starting off from Park Hotel ai Cappuccini, we go towards Fontanelle, and from there we begin the first uphill climb, the most difficult one, towards Monteluiano. However, it is a reasonable, asphalted uphill, with the first part full of bends until we reach the crossroads at Monteluiano. Here we can admire the city of Gubbio from the hills opposite it, as well as the vastness of the valley, then only a few straight stretches and bends until we reach Faro Rosso Country House, where we can stop for a coffee or drink (the highest point of the day at 730 meters above sea level). Shortly after, we head towards Montanaldo, turning right, which brings us onto a dirt road, that is well beaten and easy to ride on.
The dirt road remains almost always in in quota, (just 600 meters msl) before the decline between Pisciano and Belardello, after which we go back onto asphalt until the crossroads at Mocaiana, from there we reach the Hotel by following along the state road.
