This tour runs along the cycle path from Roccaraso to Rivisondoli, along a cart track that meanders along the gentle slopes surrounding the Cinquemiglia plateau. Halfway along, it is possible to admire the Peligna Valley from the suggestive viewpoint called ‘contraerea’. Shortly after, you will come across the picturesque church of Madonna del Casale, famous for its history as a refuge and protection for travellers crossing the plateau during the winter.
