Description: Departure from Forte dei Marmi in the direction of Marina di Massa to Piazza Bad Kissigen and turn right along Viale Roma to the centre of Massa. Continue in the direction of Altagnana – Antona along a long climb that becomes challenging from the village of Antona to the Passo del Vestito. You descend and pass the village of Arni and then turn right towards the Cippollaio tunnel (approx. 1 km) – it is recommended to have your headlights on. After exiting the tunnel, the route follows the scenic descent passing the villages of Terrinca, Levigliani and Retignano to Seravezza, where it continues on the flat to the starting point.
Note: the tour is also suitable for the opposite direction, with a longer climb but a smaller average and maximum gradient.
