A mixed route starting from Forte dei Marmi, passing through Seravezza to reach the village of Ruosina where you turn left to Cansoli to take the SAV (Sentiere dell’Alta Versilia) path on the right to reach the village of Retignano and then descend towards Ruosina with a mixed road-path section. From Ruosina, retrace the road section to return to Forte dei Marmi
