Borgo San Luigi, Cantina Mazzei and Siena Route

Following the proposed route we will let you touch some of the most famous and intense areas of emotions that you will find in Tuscany. We will leave from the Borgo San Luigi Resort in Monteriggioni and head towards the Chianti Classico area to visit the town of Fonterutoli where the Mazzei winery is located. Here we can visit with a guide the various rooms of the winery and finally have a tasting of their wines known all over the world. We will continue towards Siena, a city rich in art and one of the cradles of the Renaissance, theater of one of the most famous professional competitions: The White Streets. Like professionals we will climb up to Piazza del Campo, symbolic place of the famous Palio di Siena, facing the terrible ascent of Santa Lucia. On return we will also make a short stop in Monteriggioni, a fortied city where time seems to have stopped in the Middle Aged.
