Rooms and Suites
For our rooms and suites, we have used a lot of local wood, in some of them stone pine, which envelops you with its balsamic scent as soon as you open the door. Light, comfort and hypoallergenic materials, each room will guarantee you a regenerating rest, thanks also to the mechanical ventilation system that guarantees a continuous exchange of air, introducing new, fresh air, filtered from allergens and dust.
The SPA
Immerse yourself in the Tablà SPA and its scents of hay, stone pine and wood. A space that smells of the mountains where you can relax among the saunas, the whirlpool bubbles and the Kneipp path, a panacea for your tired legs. And how about a massage with arnica oil! Perfect manoeuvres that release blockages and muscle tension and give you new lightness.
And in the evening you are ready to go down to the bar and calmly enjoy a cocktail mixed to perfection before sitting down in the restaurant and letting yourself be delighted by the day’s offerings.

Explorer dishes, born of the Chef’s Mediterranean flair and creativity. insider dishes, which tell you about local tastes and recipes, and Veg dishes, for those who want to eat green but with taste. The choice of local products is a mantra for us, and you will see this also at breakfast with cheese and yogurt from the nearby dairy, bread and all the homemade cakes made with flour from the Val di Non, cured meats from our trusted butcher, and eggs from Trentino farms. We are so convinced that health also passes through the table that we have created the MONROC gusto lab, the laboratory of good, clean and fair. Here we create all our fresh pasta, jams, pickles and desserts. You can even take them home and give them as gifts packed in MONROC boxes.
