Therefore, there are many leisure opportunities and activities offered by this wide and unique region… a region rich of gourmet delicacies that are cleverly elaborated by Martino and Alessio, our young chefs here at “Piccolo”. Following their principles, they almost exclusively use products from the Trentino region: healthy and low-fat recipes from appetizers to desserts. The nature of our garden offers us natural herbs, flowers and plants that we collect and use in our dishes to create a pleasant harmony of flavors and colors. To us, cooking is – in this way – able to encourage a cultural process for the spread of a model of sustainable development.
