Forte dei Marmi – Lucca

Entirely flat route taking advantage of the cycle path of the Versilia seafront to reach the Darsena of Viareggio and cross the Lecciona pine forest to the mouth of the Serchio river along an easy dirt road (it is recommended to look out along the wild dunes of this stretch of coast). From here you enter the hinterland by walking along the Serchio river on the dirt road, at times an asphalted road, up to the city of Lucca. Here the lap of honor along the Renaissance walls (4.5km) is mandatory.
